NHK (Japan’s national public broadcasting organization) came to interview us for their segment on home brewing. We made a strawberry blond ale called "Pretty Pink Princess" using Belgian Ardennes yeast (Wyeast 3522) and 10lbs of fresh strawberries. They don't mention it in the video (I think, but it IS in Japanese, so maybe I missed it) but the strawberries caused a huge mess and we had to dump a lot of them into the fermentor. We blew the lid off the fermentor twice.
