Fermented Herbal Sodas

Sparkly fermented beverages made with healthier ingredients like kombucha and fruit sodas are everywhere these days but they can be on the pricey side. Fortunately, it is fairly easy to make these delicious beverages at home! Join us to learn how to make your own fizzy herbal sodas, talk about the science behind them, and why they are good for you!

This class will be presented by Cheryl Passwater, founder of Contraband Ferments. Their goal is to provide gut healthy fermented foods and education to the public. We source organic, locally grown food, support local farmers, and strive to be environmentally sound. We believe that through education, experimentation, and a whole lots of creativity that we can help change the food system, help people to heal their bodies, and support local agriculture.
